Cancellation of existing Orders

DealBerg strongly believes that business entities don’t order by impulsion but by a well planned decision made by the organization.

Hence, orders which are placed are not cancellable beyond a specific timeline or stage of order.

You can cancel an entire order or part of an order only if there’s a confirmation over email by DealBerg team that the order is not processed and can be cancelled.

An order or part of an order cannot be canceled if the order status is "Processing"

To cancel select items from an order:

  • Step 1 – Go to Manage Orders
  • Step 2 – Select the order which you want to edit or cancel
  • Step 3 – Click on the ‘Cancel’ button (Cancel button appears only if the order is in the 'in process' stage
  • Step 4 – Cancel the order providing a reason for cancellation

If the order is already processed and is on the shipped / dispatched stage, you will not be able to cancel the order.
