Return and Refund Policy

In an event that you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product(s) for a refund. A return may be initiated for any of the following reasons on

Customers may return their order/items within three business days of receiving the order, limited to the reasons as mentioned below:

  • Defective/Damaged Product Received
  • Product does not confirm to the written specifications of the product as described on the website.

Returns will be governed by the policies as mentioned below:

  • Defective Products/Product does not conform to written specifications displayed on the website:
  • The return time window for products as mentioned above is 3 business days from date of delivery. Such items need to be returned with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/guarantee card, freebies and accessories. The customer may return such items even if the original packing has been opened.
  • Damaged Products: We recommend that you refuse to accept delivery of goods if the external packaging looks tampered or items appear to be damaged in transit. Damaged items must be returned in the original condition, including with all the accompanying accessories that may be received with the product. Any manufacturing defect identified post 3 business days will need to be taken up with manufacturer directly by the customer.

All Refunds, incase if DealBerg considers the refund request, will be processed through the same mode of payment made to DealBerg, in 15 days from the time of request accepted and approved.
