Dealberg Technologies Pvt Ltd Return Policy

Return Window:

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligible Items:

Any product, except those mentioned in the Excluded list.

Return Conditions:

Products are returnable within the return window if received in a physically damaged, defective, or different condition from their description on dealberg.com. For non-returnable products received in a damaged/defective condition, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Return Process:

Initiation:

  1. Customer fills out the online return request form in their account.
  2. Specifies the reason for return and uploads photographs of the product.

Authorization:

  1. Dealberg reviews and approves the return request based on policy adherence.

Packaging & Shipping:

  1. Customer securely packs the item, often in its original packaging, with the necessary documentation.
  2. Attach the provided shipping label or follow the instructions for return.
  3. Customer bears the shipping cost.

Return Shipment:

  1. Customer ships the package back using a trackable method.
  2. Provides tracking information to Dealberg for visibility.

Inspection and Processing:

  1. Dealberg inspects the returned item upon receipt.
  2. If in acceptable condition, Dealberg processes the refund, exchange, or Dealberg credit.

Confirmation:

  1. Dealberg confirms return completion via email or notification.
  2. Refund is issued as Dealberg credit, exchange, or original payment mode.

Follow-up:

  1. Dealberg may request feedback for continuous improvement.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued as Dealberg credit, exchange, or original payment mode.

Exclusions:

Some items (e.g., perishables, paper products, personalized items) may not be eligible for return. This includes cases of buyer's remorse (e.g., incorrect item, size, or colour ordered).

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Customer notifies Dealberg on the platform within the return window.
  • Uploads photos as evidence.
  • Dealberg reviews and validates the claim.
  • Offers replacement or, if not feasible, a refund or Dealberg credit, including shipping cost.
